Winter Greens

Still amazed that in January and the middle of winter I can walk out to the garden and just pick a basketful of greens for our salad. I have noticed some plants are surviving better with the Maryland cold. Nothing is actually growing very well, just maintaining the growth before the week long chills set in.

The mixture for today is Kale, Choy, Cabbage, Kohlrabi Greens, Broccoli greens, and Cauliflower greens. Salad of choice is of course is Haystacks.
