Preserving Turnip Greens

So much produce all at once it feels like. I love having turnips anyway I make them, but we can only eat so much. So for the extra greens I chose to blanch and freeze to stock up the freezer for the winter. Today I saved 5 quarts. This also gave us several turnips to hang out in our kitchen for the next week or two and enjoy to the fullest.
