Brussel Sprout Bake

Another great recipe we found for this Thanksgiving meal. A delicious way to add more veggies to a meal. I of course made it Vegan.

In a Skillet:
1/2 onion
4 garlic
2 lbs brussel sprouts
1/2 C baco bits (Optional)

Slice the Brussel sprouts in half while the onions and garlic are being cooked in your favorite skillet. Then add Brussel sprouts and brown on both sides.

Cheese mixture:
1/2 C cashews
1/2 C Almonds
1 C Water
1/2 t salt
2 T nutritional yeast
1 T no-salt seasoning

*** heat nuts in pan, wiz all ingredients together in a Vita Mix.

Mix the skillet ingredients with the cheese mixture in casserole dish and add topping.

Topping:
1 – 2 C homemade pano / bread crumbs
1/2 C vegan Parmesan

After adding topping bake 400 for 30 min.

We had this as a dish for Thanksgiving. We have also had at home and served with Sweet Potatoes (add toppings like Rip�s Sweet Potato Bowl), and purple cabbage salad.
